Visitors and heading home
We has a few special guests visit us not too long after Ari got up and moved over to the chair.
Ari decided she wanted to go home so right after she woke up. She got up, went to the bathroom and stayed in the chair for a while. She ate some applesauce and took her meds by mouth and all of this before 3:00. The nurse called the doctor and he approved her going home today. So now it is 7:00 and Ari is on the sofa at home resting. Amazing job Ari.
We have a room
Back up on the 10th floor. I'm guessing we will be here until tomorrow morning. Ari is doing well and resting. She's on minimal pain killers and a few other things for itching and nausea.

Finishing up
We just saw the doctor and he said everything went well. We should be able to go back and see her soon. We should be heading home by tomorrow morning, but the doctor said she may be doing well enough to go home tonight. I'm not sure about that since Ari can be really touchy but he said we can play it by ear.
Starting
She's asleep now. She did great in pre op. They have us in isolation again this time as they need to do three tests for MRSA and last time it was only two. So we should be able to get the third one done today. Other than that everything is going well.
Checking in
Its way too early to be up and everyone is tired, but we're checking in now. Ari is still half asleep but its probably better that way. She's scared but handling it very well.
